Shabu Shabu

Mango Chutney
This was a mango chutney that I made on Thursday for use in some Indian-spiced lamb sliders. They turned out really well, and the chutney was amazing, although I will have to freeze some of it in small containers, I think, because there is too much for me to eat in two weeks. So yummy though! Recipe here!

Apologies for Erratic Posting

I know that I have been erratic in my posts here, but I promise to do better. I was studying for and then recovering from taking the Florida Bar Exam. I learn next week whether I passed or not. Hopefully, it will be good news.

In the meantime, I have some really fun recipes in the works, such as chorizo and smoked cheddar pizza, indian-spiced sliders, and I am starting cake decorating classes with a chai chocolate cake and cinnamon buttercream frosting. So, hopefully, there will be some nice photos and some tasty recipes for those following this blog in the next week or so!
