Egg Curry from Mike’s Table

When I visited South India, one of the dishes I loved (besides tandoori paneer) was egg curry. It’s awesome that he tried to recreate it, and I fully plan on making this dish in the near future (I plan to sub the potato chunks with home made paneer, so it will be a paneer and egg curry).
